Dan Crenshaw Victory Committee (“DCVC” “US” or "We") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website (our "Website"), provide through online signups or in-person events, and/or subscribe to our mobile services, (collectively, the “Platform”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

- When you provide it to DCVC through an online signup process or at an in-person event;

Children Under the Age of 13
The Platform, including our Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information to or on the Platform. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of the Platform, including information:

- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website, or communicate to DCVC through the Platform. This includes, for example, information provided at the time of registering to receive updates from the Platform, donating, participating in contests, surveys and promotions, signing up to volunteer or receive newsletters or other communications, including with the Platform, and/or purchasing any merchandise. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Platform.
- Information as required by the Federal Election Commission (“FEC”). The FEC requires us to collect and disclose the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of all individuals whose donations exceed $200 per calendar year.
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses or phone numbers), if you contact us.
- Your responses to surveys, questionnaires, polls, or other data entry that we might ask you to complete.
- Details of transactions you carry out through the Platform and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information as required by the FEC before placing an order through the Platform.
- Your search queries on the Platform.
- You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Website, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we may take certain precautions, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. - To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it, or with your consent;
- To provide you with notices about your consent to be contacted, provide you with assistance, and confirm that we will cease contacting you when you send the keyword STOP when using the mobile services;
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;

- It is necessary to disclose in order to protect or defend our rights or property or those of our users;
- It is necessary to disclose in order to protect the personal safety or privacy of our users or the public;
- It is necessary for us to provide it to our attorneys, accountants, regulators, auditors or other advisors;
- Otherwise as we are required or permitted by law or required to comply with legal process served upon us, our agents, representatives or our affiliates; and

Email & Text Message Signups
- E-mail: We appreciate your questions and comments about our Site and services and welcome your e-mails and questions submitted to our Site. We will share your messages with those within our organization who are most capable of addressing the issues contained in your message. We may archive your message for a certain period of time or discard it, but your e-mail address and message will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Submitting your e-mail: Submitting your address anywhere on the Site may result in your e-mail address being added to the DCVC e-mail list. You may unsubscribe to DCVC e-mails at any time by opting out of e-mail subscriptions with the “unsubscribe” link included in each e-mail. Your e-mail address will be removed from our marketing list. Please allow us a reasonable period of time in order to satisfy your request, as some promotions may already be in process.
- Text Messages: DCVC will use your mobile phone number to send you text messages. These text messages will include news alerts, event notification, voting reminders, and other similar updates. If you message us, we will share your messages with those within our organization who are most capable of addressing the issues contained in your message. We may archive your message for a certain period of time or discard it, but your mobile phone number and message will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- Submitting your mobile phone number: Submitting your mobile phone number to opt-in to our SMS program constitutes your express consent to receive autodialed messages from the DCVC. Text STOP to opt-out. Text HELP for support. For further assistance please e-mail info@crenshawforcongress.com. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates may apply. By opting-in you agree to receive autodialed marketing mobile messages and you understand that your consent to be contacted in this method is not required to make any purchase from us. Opt-in consent applies only to DCVC or its successor entities and will not apply to any third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
- Suggesting the Site to a Friend: If you elect to use any feature that includes suggesting a page to a friend or to inform a friend about the Site or solicit donations or pledges or otherwise communicate, DCVC may ask for your friend’s name and e-mail address. The Site may automatically send the friend a one-time e-mail inviting them to visit the Sites or otherwise provide the information requested by you. Donations
Contributions to DCVC are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. When you contribute to DCVC, state law requires us to collect the following information: name, mailing address, employer, occupation, and amount of contribution. All contributions made to DCVC are considered final unless the donation is not in compliance with state or federal campaign finance law or regulations. All purchases from the online store are considered contributions to DCVC.

If you are visiting our Site from outside of the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
