Contribution Disclaimer

Dan Crenshaw Victory Committee ("JFC") is a joint fundraising committee composed of Dan Crenshaw for Congress, America Reloaded, and NRCC (each, a "Committee," and, collectively, the "Committees"). Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended ("FECA"), from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution limits, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.

Contributions Made by an Individual or Federal Non-Multicandidate Political Committee: Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $300,700 annually. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:

1. Contribution by a single individual: The first $3,300 shall go to the Dan Crenshaw for Congress primary election account. The next $3,300 shall go to the Dan Crenshaw for Congress general election account. The next $5,000 shall go to America Reloaded PAC. The next $41,300 shall go to the NRCC. The next $123,900 shall go to the NRCC Legal Fund. Any remaining funds up to $123,900 shall go to the NRCC Building Fund.

2. Contribution from any joint individual contribution: The first $6,600 shall go to the Dan Crenshaw for Congress primary election account. The next $6,600 shall go to the Dan Crenshaw for Congress general election account. The next $10,000 shall go to America Reloaded PAC. The next $82,600 shall go to the NRCC. The next $247,800 shall go to the NRCC Legal Fund. Any remaining funds up to $247,800 shall go to the NRCC Building Fund.

3. Contribution from a federal non-multi-candidate PAC: The first $3,300 shall go to the Dan Crenshaw for Congress primary election account. The next $3,300 shall go to the Dan Crenshaw for Congress general election account. The next $5,000 shall go to America Reloaded PAC. The next $41,300 shall go to the NRCC. The next $123,900 shall go to the NRCC Legal Fund. Any remaining funds up to $123,900 shall go to the NRCC Building Fund.

4. Contribution from a federal multi-candidate PAC: The first $5,000 shall go to the Dan Crenshaw for Congress primary election account. The next $5,000 shall go to the Dan Crenshaw for Congress general election account. The next $5,000 shall go to America Reloaded PAC. The next $15,000 shall go to the NRCC. The next $45,000 shall go to the NRCC Legal Fund. Any remaining funds up to $45,000 shall go to the NRCC Building Fund. Contributions Made by a Federal Multicandidate Political Committee:

Contributions to Dan Crenshaw Victory Committee, or to any participating Committee individually, are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals with- out green cards, and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited. The contributor's signature designates his or her contribution as described above. Contributions that exceed a donor's contribution limit to a participating Committee shall be

reallocated to the remaining Committees according to this allocation formula to the extent permitted by FECA. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution to a specific participating Committee to the extent permitted by FECA. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle or calendar year, as applicable.
